The apartment door requires a fob, and you must have it at all times. General building can be accessed via callbox or fob,
you are able to call yourself and be buzzed in. If locked out within building, access via the secondary stairwell is possible.

Yes, parking is available, but spaces are limited.
Fedora x Trilby has rooftop decks, 2 fitness centers, a dog run, pool table, table tennis, bocce ball, BBQ, conference room and clubhouse.
The pools and decks are available between 8AM-10PM.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community.
All apartments come with washer/ dryers, dishwashers, nest thermostats, gas stoves and refrigerators.

An application will be approved within 24-48 hours depending on completion of application and submission of required income documentation.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Yes, renters insurance is mandatory.
Internet and cable can be set up through ATT or BAI Connect.
Yes, we require 60 days written notice, 2 months rent lease break fee and concession payback(if applicable)
Electricity is set up via LADWP.
No utilities are included in your rent. Water, sewage, trash, hot water heating are all billed in addition to rent.

We are located in KoreaTown, closest freeways are the 110 and 10 freeway about a 10 minute drive from DTLA,
20 minutes from Hollywood/Griffith, and 12 minutes from the Miracle Mile.
Major cross streets are 8th st and the main street is Wilshire Blvd.
